LEADERSHIP OF INGLESIDE PCA The elders of Ingleside PCA are committed to the spiritual oversight and nuturing of the church. The ruling elders are elected by the congregation for a 3-year term of office. Bill Bratley and Kevin Eutsey are the teaching elders.
The deacons of Ingleside PCA are directed to oversee the physical needs of the congregation, such as financial or home maintenance. They also are elected to a 3-year term of office. They are responsible for the finances of the church as well as mercy ministries.
The entire congregation of Ingleside PCA is divided into 7 Shepherding groups. These groups are headed by 4 "shepherds" and their wives and are asked to stay in touch with the members in their group and be aware of various needs that may need to be relayed to the pastor or officers. The Shepherding groups are a vital part of the church family at Ingleside. The purpose of the WIC ministry of the PCA is "That every woman in the church know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, church, community, and throughout the world". All women at Ingleside are a part of WIC and are welcome at all of our events and Bible Studies.
